Walking and wellness go hand in hand. A walk in the fresh air can improve fitness, cardiac health, mood and even prevent weight gain. There’s something special about being in a forest – studies have shown that breathing in the organic compounds trees emit can help boost your immune system. Why not plan a mindful walk in a Scottish forest or woodland? Slow down, breathe deeply, and appreciate the beauty of nature.
