Big Sky Campers is an independent campervan hire company close to Edinburgh, Scotland. We have a fleet of lovingly cared-for, VW campervans for hire. Most of the vans are fully insulated, heated top-of-the-range VW T6.1 Highlines. Most are automatic campervans but manuals are available. We also have two VW T6s, and two retro-style classic VW T2s. The classic VWs have been fitted with modern engines so they are completely reliable. None of our vans are marked up with company branding so you can explore Scotland in style!

No hidden extra charges
Our campervan rental prices are all-inclusive. Your campervan will come with everything you will need for a campervan holiday in Scotland. Having the right equipment is important when campervanning in Scotland. Often, the little things make all the difference. Such as having a groundsheet or being able to cook & eat outdoors. We don’t believe in charging people for things we think are an essential part of a campervan holiday.

Personal service
When you collect your van we will personally give you a full tour of the van and you will have the chance to familiarise yourself with how everything works before you drive away. Our base is conveniently located close to Edinburgh but has the advantage of being in an out-of-town location. Our vans are easy to drive and handle like cars. However, customers not used to driving on the left have said they appreciated being able to practise driving the van on quiet roads before setting off.
We will be available throughout your holiday to offer advice and support if you encounter any issues. We want our customers to experience the best that Scotland has to offer. Dog-friendly campervan hire
Most of our campervans are dog friendly. You can bring your dog at no extra charge. We also provide doggy accessories. We do keep 3 vans completely dog free so we can cater for customers with allergies. Read our dog policy for more information.
